袁家琳个人简历
Jialin Yuan is a radiologist in Shenzhen People’s Hospital, the Second Clinical Medical College of Jinan University in China. She also holds a master degree in “Advanced Neuroimaging” from University College London. She has a good knowledge of the basic scientific and technological principles of modern neuroimaging methods, and in their application to neurological function and neurological disorders. Her fields of expertise include imaging preprocessing, MR diffusion and structural connectivity, functional MR imaging in various neurological disorders with focus on neuro-oncology. She can also apply magnetic susceptibility mapping, morphology and volumetric, perfusion and other kinds of advanced neuro-imaging techniques in research background. Now she is learning data-mining based on MR images.
袁家琳是深圳市人民医院放射科副主任医师,她拥有三甲医院12年以上放射诊断经验,并获得英国伦敦大学学院(UCL)高级神经影像专业硕士研究生学位。研究方向为脑功能成像在中枢系统疾病(特别是脑肿瘤)中的应用,主要擅长影像图像后处理(图像融合,配准,校准),弥散成像,结构网络的应用,能够运用SPM,FSL等软件对神经影像图像进行定量分析。现在正在学习大数据下的数据挖掘(data mining)及计算机学习(machine learning)。工作期间,曾参与美国西北大学医学院、美国哈佛大学乳腺影像中心三名工程团队工作,并作为团队工作陪同翻译。
